Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at arabawyhe@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 01036060019. Please note that we will contact you within a few days to process your return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new product separately.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
